The service and its operator

Egarots lets you manage an encrypted vault and shared access. App and feature availability varies by platform; a demonstration does not guarantee that every feature shown is available. Some features remain under validation.

Your account and security

Use an email address you control, protect your devices, and do not share sign-in codes. You must have the legal capacity to use the service and appropriate authority if you act for an organization. If you suspect unauthorized access, secure your email, revoke affected access and contact support.

Keep a private copy of your recovery file outside your vault. Recovering account access by email does not recreate a lost encryption key. Egarots may be unable to restore files without the key or an authorized device. Hosted agents require explicit delegation that permits server-side decryption within their authorized scope.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in your content and authorize the technical operations needed to provide the service, including storing and delivering encrypted objects to authorized recipients. You must have the necessary rights to upload and share content.

Do not use Egarots to distribute illegal content, infringe others’ rights, compromise systems or disrupt infrastructure. Protect sharing links and send their passwords separately. Revoking access does not remove copies already downloaded.

Availability and backups

Maintenance, changes, network problems and provider incidents may interrupt the service. This version does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a maximum restoration time. Keep an independent backup of important files and your recovery key: synchronization, caches and version history do not cover every risk of loss.

Pricing and payments

This version of the website does not activate paid subscriptions or automatic charges. Storage amounts shown are reference costs or estimates, not authorization to charge you.

Any future paid offer must disclose prices, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms, and applicable withdrawal or refund rights before an order. No subscription will be accepted on your behalf.

Stopping, suspension and deletion

You may stop using the service, export accessible content, revoke shares, and request account deletion at privacy@egarots.app. Trash and versions remain stored until permanently deleted. Recovering permanently deleted content requires another available copy.

Access may be suspended proportionately in response to abuse, a security risk or a legal obligation. Where circumstances and law permit, we seek to inform the account holder and preserve an opportunity to recover content.

Responsibility and remedies

These terms do not remove mandatory rights, warranties or remedies under applicable law, including consumer rights. Egarots does not guarantee third-party services or agents you choose. If something goes wrong, contact support@egarots.app.

Applicable rules and competent courts are determined by the law relevant to your circumstances. Material changes to these terms are communicated by appropriate means, with any legally required notice.
